また、定時総会に引き続き、午後３時３０分から講演会（早稲田大学教授長谷部恭男氏「法の支配と法律家の役割」）を実施いたします。
いずれもオンラインによる配信を行う予定です。正式な開催通知につきましては、令和８年４月に送付させていただく予定です。
日本法律家協会とは
日本法律家協会は、新憲法が制定され、司法の独立と民主化の黎明を迎えた昭和27年、裁判所、検察庁、弁護士会、法学界の4者が、それぞれの立場を貫きながら相互に理解と協調の精神を以て民主的な司法を構築すべく創立されました。爾来、協会の所期の理念を忘れることなく着実に歩みを続けて来ました。
しかし、70年の時を経て、社会は文明化し、グローバル化して、人々の価値観も多岐に分かれ、大きな変化を示しています。協会は、その目的と使命をさらに自覚して、会員の増を図り、健全な財源の確保に向けて尽瘁してまいります。
